All Forelle meals are made with whole, organic*, seasonal ingredients. Our ingredients are never heated above 115 degrees Fahrenheit and they’re all sourced from local suppliers. When food is unprocessed and stays in the location where it was grown, it not only uses fewer natural resources and tastes better but also builds community. We are lucky to be a part of the abundant regional food ecosystem in the Pacific Northwest.
